Please read the following conditions carefully:

The event is private and reserved exclusively for dancers whose registration has been confirmed. Registration is personal and each participant must fill out the form individually. In the case of registrations as a couple, both dancers must register separately, specifying the name of their partner in the appropriate field.

 

the number of participants is limited to 200 and to maintain an optimal gender/role balance the order of registration will not be the main selection criterion. Thank you for your understanding!

 

ANNULMENT

For cancellation requests for personal reasons up to 30 days before the event, you can propose a substitute who must be accepted by the organizers. If you registered as a couple but your partner cannot attend, you must propose a substitute (same role). If the substitute is not accepted by the organizers, both registrations will be canceled. Up to 15 days before the event, penalty of 50% of the amount paid for cancellation requests from 1 to 15 May 2023; penalty of 100% of the amount paid for cancellation requests from 16 May 2023 or in case of no-show or early departure;
